I spent some time reviewing the changes to enable xenial for the apache2 charm by user ack.
The charm is still original and needs to be updated to reactive but the author didn't make any changes to the code, just the metadata. Also this charm needs a new maintainer as the existing one has moved on. The changes passed my review and I promulgated the apache2 charm!
