Hello, I am using juju manual environment. After deploying a charm, it is showing failed in agent-status section but agent-state is started, what does this mean? When am giving destroy-service, the service is going to dying state but not destroyed completely. And also am facing "ERROR machine is already provisioned" while adding a machine at times.
