You just mentioned it's failed, but I have no idea what fails, so I might not be helpful here. You can also try --ignore-erros or --no-relation to see if the services can be deployed or not, if there are no errors, you can continue to add relations by re-run juju-deployer again Other than that, you can also separate the bundle into different phases, which also helps you to debug.
