Nice question.
I got the same problem.
What I did was,
Had a hidden field.
OnClick of the image button I called a javascript function
setWhichButton(this);
Inside this function,get the name of the image button and assign it to
the hidden field value.
Now you can know which button is clicked by getting the value of the
hidden field.
try it out or I will give u the code.
