Development of PolyJsp was suspended several months ago in
anticipation of the release of Tomcat. After some consideration,
we came to the conclusion that it was preferable to contribute
to this project rather than being "just another" Jsp implementation.

PolyJsp's distinctive features (multiple language support and
XSLT-based code generation) have been leveraged in the context
of the Cocoon project (http://java.apache.org/cocoon) for its
XSP (eXtensible Server Pages) and DCP (Dynamic Content Processor)
processors.

Those interested in a purely XML/XSLT-based approach to web
development may find XSP relevant. The XSP manifesto can be
found at http://java.apache.org/cocoon/xsp/WD-xsp.html. A small
collection of samples is available at http://www.plenix.com/xsp/.
