The Application Programming Model effort within J2EE is intended to
provide some guideance on practical issues. It comes (or will come)
with a sample app and a book. See java.sun.com/j2ee/apm for details.
THe book does *not* concentrate on JSPs but on the whole of J2EE.
JSPs are just one chapter. I am sure there will be plenty of good
books that will talk about JSPs.
