Hiya,

I had the same problem in IE8 - and have just this second found the
fix.

Just add a z-index to the 1st CSS section! I just added z-index:999 to
the CSS style settings for '.sf-menu, .sf-menu * ' this.

Worked for me and hope it fixes it for you too!
