Thanks, Sam, but that one works the same as Alsup's mentioned above. If your browser doesn't have the Adobe Reader plugin, then it just gives you a message saying you don't have PDF support and asks if you want to download the PDF instead -- which is exactly the kind of user decision I'm trying to avoid.
