Where are you capturing the click event?
You may want to do something like this:
$(function(){
$('<parent of div#1, div#2 & div#3>').click(function(event){
$('.hideme').hide();
$(this).find('a.showme').show()
}
}
If you post your actual html and your click event code if you have one, then
I may be able to help you further..
Thanks,
Anoop
