Can someone possibly help me here? I need to hide the superfish submenu when a user hovers over my home button, since there are no sub categories for that button. Someone else asked the question earlier but it was never answered. This seems to be a common request. Thanks for any help, I love the plugin! Superfish is great. The mouseout delay makes drop down menus more usable. But submenus should disappear immediately when you rollover ANY sibling. Currently, submenus only "disappear" when you rollover a sibling WITH children (because the submenus have to change). If you rollover an EMPTY sibling (one without a submenu), any previously revealed submenu should ignore the delay and disappear immediately. Stated another way, the delay should be 0 when the user mouses over a sibling without children. It's confusing (for example) when you rollover "Home" in a navigation bar and the subnav for "About Us" is still showing.
