Is it your missing underscore in:
curSelector="ddlViewSelector"+idCurrent;
?

But essentially what you're doing looks right.

var idCurrent = 'Search_0';
var p_viewSelector = $("select[name='dllViewSelector_"+idCurrent+"']
option:selected").text();
