Thanks! I'm not sure we can use that, because there are a couple of complications.
For starters both jquery versions are using plugins, and you seem to be using the "extreme" version of noConflict(), which, according to the jq docs: "NOTE: It's very likely that plugins won't work after this particular method has been called."
