So I have a script that, for the most part, replicates a small Excel sheet. There's a button for adding a row, removing the last added row, etc.; everything works fine except for one small (but crucial) bit.
Whenever a user changes any part of a column, the script is set to recalculate everything (a la Excel) in the table. The selector for this is: $('tr:not(#grandrow)').livequery('change', function() { ... //recalculations, etc ... } grandrow is the one row I need to not listen to it (as users are supposed to be allowed to change that one at will); every other row should, on changing, trigger the recalculations. This works fine in every browser but IE. Any ideas? I added an arbitrary "alert('trigger');" at the start of the function just to make sure, and it doesn't trigger, so I imagine it's a problem with that specific line.
