Thanks Mike. It appears I'm just not understanding something very basic about this great plugin.
My goal is exactly what you are doing here: http://www.appelsiini.net/projects/jeditable/default.html on the Textile Render portion. When the HTML is displayed the line breaks are exactly like when the editor is displayed. That is what I am trying to accomplish (the text displaying the same in HTML as well as in the editor).
