Hi, larksys...

I'm a CF programmer, too, and jQuery has been my first experience with coding
javascript.

I haven't been able to make use of a lot of it, simply because I don't have
time to spend
on getting it to work...not that getting it to work is a problem in general,
I'm just new
and I've got too much to get done.

Anyway, my suggestion as to how to get help the fastest with this group is to
test some
code (as you've done with the demo that didn't work), then post the page
online, then include
your code in an email to this list and describe what is or isn't happening and
ask for help.

General questions tend to be ignored, but specific questions around provided
code will
get quick responses.

So, pick a demo, set up a test site that those helping can access online, post
your code,
describe your problem and watch for help!

Rick
