Gosh I was just there recently, seems strange indeed. I have a very recent zip of the source if you need it. I also use jtemplates a lot. Hmm... so hopefully it's just that they forget to renew the domain name or failed to pay the bill for hosting. In the worst case I'm willing to try to help host a download and/or pick up the pieces and start maintaining it moving forward.
