[jQuery] Plugin better than Lighbox or Thickbox

Dear folk,
do we have such a plugin like below ...
I have test the Demo version it is much more better from our Lightbox
Plugin, the only problem it has is with AJAX , it can not support
it ....
please let me know if there is such an ability in our jQuery
