[jQuery] Re: checkbox manipulation and toggle()

OK I tried my own anticipated solution after looking at some comment
from The Man Himself, but didn't work.

$("#CheckContainer:not(#Check)").toggle(...); --- does not work. stil
can not click the checkbox :(
