I upgraded prototype from 1.5.1.1 to 1.6.0.2 and effects, builder, and
dragdrop from 1.7.1b3 to 1.8.1 and everything seems to be working
now.  So if anyone is experiencing the same problem, upgrade to the
latest versions of everything.
