Here's a demo. It's HEAVILY work-in-progress, so you'll find broken
stuff all over the place. Please also excuse the speed of my extremely
shoddy server.

You can see the effect if you click 'customise this page' and then add
a portlet. It will push the portlet into the first column of your
current tab, but the clever stuff doesn't work. Refresh the page (and
go back to your tab) and you will be able to drag, roll up, roll down
and close.

(Aside, you'll all be sharing the same username, so don't be surprised
if your portlets start moving aroud due to someone else's actions!)

I know why jQuery is behaving like this...I just need to know how I
can circumvent this behaviour without having to drag in all the
javascript again each time I dynamically add a portlet.
