A little note from your friendly local accessibility bore ;) In Thickbox, Cody uses 'position:fixed' for the thickbox div. This ensures the div won't move. However, if you try increasing the font size in a Thickbox window, you'll see that you can't get to the bottom of the box!
So, in my view, better to allow the overflow to scroll - or set the div size & pos in % or ems.
