Thanks for your help! The code besh posted works great, I use it with
addClass because that's the easiest way to handle it (since the
behaviour is already set for the image-link & I only had to add
the .hovered-class).

To Charles: Thanks for your effort. But there is the class "email" in
the markup, as well as two links: One in the div.memberpic, one in the
div.memberinfo (which includes the a.email).

The hover on the image is completely done by CSS, there's no need for
any javascript :) (For further info see the tutorial-link in my first
post)

Anyway, thanks for your effort!
