At the top of the jquery.cluetip.js file, I've placed the following
lines:
* Dual licensed under the MIT and GPL licenses:
* http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php
* http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html
Basically, it's licensed the same way as jQuery core. So, please feel
free to use the plugin any way you wish, according to either of those
two licenses.
