Thanks for getting back to me, after researching the issue, it appears all JavaScript WYSIWYG editors for Safari 2.0.4 and lower can not properly detect the "Tab" event. After some consideration, we've decided to drop support for Safari 2.0.4 and lower. Thanks for the suggestion though.
