[jQuery] scrolling the browser

hi,

I appended a html page to a DIV near the end of page:

 $(msg).appendTo($('#new_comments').empty());

however the user has to scroll down to view, is there a way to scroll
the browser to the last in jquery/javascript? Thanks.
