Hello,
I'm having difficulty getting this plugin to work - a test page is here:

I'm sure I've followed the example, but obviously
I'm missing something. When I click on a
thumbnail, the "lightbox" is appended to the end
of my page, never on top of it.
Any illumination of my error would be appreciated.
