Robert, This forum is for all people, at all levels of skill, and is intended for learning and sharing. Yes, the tone and title of the original message were off (a sign of frustration, I'm sure), but that doesn't mean that any of us should pay less attention, or offer less aid, than we would to anyone else posing a question on this list.
