I even tested this locally from the demo page you provided. But since
I couldn't figure out how to fix it, I thought it wasn't worth replying.
Incidentally, I tried html {margin: 0; padding: 0; } but didn't think
to try html {border: 0;}, which, according to Klaus, actually works.
