should I try again and escape it this time?

The app itself doesn't (unfortunately) use jQuery as the base. It
uses YUI.
But the public website does use jQuery heavily, as does the signup
experience.
There is a test drive if anyone wants to try it out. It's a neat use
of the EXT library.
