I came across this ticket http://dev.jquery.com/ticket/312 that looks like it was implemented in 1.1 but when I try to using:
$('li[&z-index=5]').size() or $('li[&zIndex=5]').size() and they both return
zero.
" The changes have been added to SVN (rev 774) so that you can write the
select-by-style selectors as a plugin."
Does that mean that there is a plug in that I am missing?
