After a quick glance: Works fine on Firefox 2 on Windows.
A really great addition would be zooming via mousewheel. I'm using that all the time on map24.de. It shouldn't be too hard to implement when leveraging jQuery's mousewheel plugin, and would really enhance Google Maps beyond API simplification. Those small buttons in the upper left are plain ugly, while mousewheeling and dragging rocks! Could I remove those buttons altogether?
