It seems to happen when you put the mouse somewhere between the 'ogle' on the third link.
Also, the initial input tooltip caught me off guard. When you don't hover on the input element and just click in it like you normally would to type in it, then it gives a "flash" effect because the tooltip comes up quickly and disappears quickly. I thought there was a glitch at first as I tried it over and over again trying to see the tooltip. Only then did it dawn on me that I had to hover before clicking.
