I have solved the problem. IE6 has a responseXML bug. So you need to
create Microsoft xml object by ActiveXObject. example:
$.get("test.xml",function(responseText){
  var xmlDocument = new ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XMLDOM");
  xmlDocument.loadXML(responseText);
  $('control', xmlDocument).text();
});
