I'm looking for a way to get a div to stay at the top of a page when the user scrolls the page, preferably with no flickering (of the div)...and it has to work in IE6/7. It's possible that it can be done without js/jquery, but am fishing..... the ones I've found so far that were pure css didn't work in IE (but did in FF). Anyone know of a plugin, example, have a tip, etc?
