This isn't really the right forum for this question, but...
I'm not sure how the current version of iPhoto handles rotating images, but
if you select the images you want in the iPhoto viewer and export them to a
new folder (File > Export) they'll be oriented as you see them in the
viewer. If you just grab the originals from the library folders they may
not. Hope that helps
