Candidates must have previous NWA experience, specific experience with Scepter. Sceptre is core mainframe application used for engineering and maintenance. The technology it sits on is COBOL, on an IMS database. Without NWA experience, this candidate will not have Sceptre BA's with IMS/COBOL background, and prior Sceptre/Tech Ops experience for approved Tech Ops Integration project Complete Description: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
