They would like to be able to create calendar events and capture customer visits to their winery in SharePoint and MS CRM.
They would like the customers to also have a contact record in MS CRM that is linked to the SharePoint event.
The interface would allow a link between the two applications to ensure two way exchange of data.
Also, they would like to develop a customized page in SharePoint for the customers to fill out and submit for contact details, etc.
They are using Quest Web Parts and eSense to develop the interface.
Up to 50% remote work may be possible
