Our client is represented by a multinational company, global provider of IT 
services and business solutions. The company is looking for passionate and 
dynamic IT candidates to join the office in Bucharest as Service Desk Support 
Technician - full time job - 6 months determined period.

Main functions and duties:

•       Offer technical support and report occurred problems by telephone and 
e-mail; 
•       Solve internal issues regarding use of personal computers;
•       Complete help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software 
evaluation;
•       Interact with the customer and the departments within the organization
•       Ensure that problems are solved in an accurate and timely manner.

Job requirements:

1.      Student or University Graduate;
2.      Previous work experience is considered an advantage 
3.      Experience on IT help desk support positions is desirable; 
4.      Microsoft Certifications is considered a plus;
5.      Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote 
administration - mandatory;
6.      Knowledge of the Microsoft Office family applications (especially 
Outlook) - mandatory;
7.      Advanced English level;
8.      Very good communication skills;
9.      Customer service skills;
