Implements KIP-810: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-810%3A+Allow+producing+records+with+null+values+in+Kafka+Console+Producer ConsoleProducer accepts a new setting, null.marker, that allows settings the record key, value or headers to null.
