   @mimaison Thanks for the flag. I commited a check for it.
   
   @dajac, @mimaison  What are your thoughts on this? I am wondering whether 
this behavior can be added without stating it explicitly in the KIP?  I would 
say yes.  It would be hard for the user to provide valid input (apart from some 
corner cases) when 2 out of the three configs in question are equal.
