Description: Now that we have
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-12234 merged into {{trunk}} and
{{3.0}}, we have to ensure that we test for the case where we have the same
group id appearing in the request more than once and handle it correctly in
batched {{OffsetFetch}} requests. Generally speaking we wouldn't expect this to
happen since we wouldn't allow this for requests being built from the Builder,
but it would still be good to have a test for this. (was: Now that we have
