   Hi there

I was able to reproduce the "buffer overflow" warning using OpenJDK 11.0.7
and the following kafka option: `-Djsse.SSLEngine.acceptLargeFragments=true`.
If I'm running Kafka without the jsse.SSLEngine.acceptLargeFragments option or
with JDK 8, then there are no "buffer overflow" warnings in logs.

   `export KAFKA_HEAP_OPTS="

   -XX:InitiatingHeapOccupancyPercent=35
   -XX:+ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent
   -XX:+PrintGCDetails
   -XX:+PrintGCDateStamps
   -XX:+PrintGCTimeStamps
   -XX:+UseGCLogFileRotation
   -XX:NumberOfGCLogFiles=10
   -XX:GCLogFileSize=100M
   "
   export KAFKA_OPTS="
