Description:
tests:
* compatibility
* upgrade (follow the existing upgrade pattern)
* make sure we don't get stuck in rebalance loops (eventually get to some
agreed generation, verify we don't trigger more rebalances after agreed
generation)
acceptance:
* verify the partition assignment is correct
* verify that Streams returns to processing
