Not sure -- guess we could also omit this for now, but it seems to be thing
uses would need to know about, and we should document clearly -- I am not sure
if users would expect it, and w/o a switch on `Suppress` to turn it on/off it
would be difficult to turn it on for only a single KTable plus suppress() [even
if this might be a rare use-case, so acceptable for now].
