* checkout Kafka trunk and bump Gradle Shadow plugin version to 9+
* execute: *_./gradlew :jmh-benchmarks:shadowJar_* - build will fail (x)

* use `com.gradleup.shadow` recent version (9+)
* reorder Gradle tasks so that Gradle command mentioned above can work
*Definition of done (at the minimum):*
