`testObserverSendDiscoveryFetchAfterFetchTimeoutAndResumesFetchingFromLeader` demonstrates the issue that observers will get stuck fetching from random bootstrap servers after fetch timeout. `testUnattachedWithLeaderCanBecomeFollowerAfterFindingLeader` shows voters are not susceptible to teh same issue. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
