@xijiu thanks for this patch. Have you consider returning CompletableFuture
instead of throwing exception?
```java
if (!config.deleteTopicEnable) {
if (apiVersion < 3) {
return CompletableFuture.failedFuture(new
InvalidRequestException("Topic deletion is disabled."))
} else {
return CompletableFuture.failedFuture(new
TopicDeletionDisabledException())
