Hi [~m1a2st], thanks for filing the issue. I think we can handle this in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-17747 and
[https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/17444]. We still need ClusterImage to get
rack information in 4.1.
