Ideally, it would be best to implement the entire feature all the way from
`AdminClient` down into the share coordinator. If you want to start with the
`AdminClient` as its own PR, that's fine. We can either get someone else to do
the share coordinator pieces, or provide technical assistance to you, as you
prefer.
