Interesting thought! For anchored schedules, would you want to epoch-align it
like the window boundaries, or actually pull in a cron-like scheduling library?
I've used Quartz before for scheduling ([http://www.quartz-scheduler.org/)],
which is Apache 2.0 - licensed, so we could consider shading it into Kafka
Streams.
